Due to the nature of our products, for safety reasons, returns of hair and skin care items may only be accepted within 5 business days of receipt and the products must be unused. In certain circumstances other accommodations may be made. Custom items are non-refundable. All custom items must be cancelled within 48 hours. Deposits are non-refundable.
